What is Integration Test?
Test that pieces work together — real DB, real HTTP, no mocks.
Tests that verify multiple components cooperate correctly: a real (or containerized) database, actual request handling. Slower than unit tests but they catch what unit tests can't — mismatched assumptions between parts of the system.
